Responsibilities

Develops and implements labor standards, accurate labor forecasting, performance tracking, and workforce optimization by utilizing Blue Yonder or other labor management software.

Conducts time studies to establish accurate baseline data for operational processes and identifies areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Utilizes AutoCAD software to design and layout efficient distribution center floor plans to optimize space utilization and flow of materials.

Maintains Engineered Labor Standards through various processes such as developing new standards, updating existing standards, and identifying improvements in methods and procedures.

Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices in distribution and process engineering to identify innovative solutions.

Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 4+ years of experience in industrial engineering with a focus on JDA Labor Management, time studies, AutoCAD, and Lean engineering principles.

Preferred

Lean training and/or certification preferred.
