Responsibilities

Maintain internally developed software through the entire lifecycle

Develop and implement software projects using the Microsoft Windows development environment

Participate in design and code reviews

Setup and configure Windows Server operating system for use in manufacturing production systems

Configure and maintain test and production SQL databases

Generate custom configurations based on project requirements

Create and implement test plans

Create and update task list using issue tracking system (JIRA)

Collaborate with project managers and customers to understand the requirements and deliverables for projects

Complete assignments as part of a multidisciplinary project team

Required

Excellent oral and written skills

Able to work on independent tasks, or collaborate with others on larger tasks

Demonstrated ability to be innovative and work as part of a project team

Able to travel on short notice for up to 25% of the time, domestic and international, to customer sites

Current/valid driver’s license

Current/valid passport or ability to obtain one

Proficiency in SQL programming and efficient query writing required

Proficiency in Object Oriented Programing using C# or similar language

Prior programming experience required

Experience with Visio or other visual data flow tools required

Candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization. F-1 visa holders with Optional Practical Training (OPT) who will require H-1B status, TNs or current H-1B visa holders will not be considered. H1-B and green card sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred

Experience with Git or similar source control a plus

Experience with Secure Software Development Practice a plus

Experience with SOAP / REST Web Services a plus

Windows Server Administration or IT Networking a plus

CompTIA A+/Net+/Sec+ or similar a plus
