Responsibilities

Work with a range of clients across multiple brands to uncover business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and help identify and implement proper solutions.
Manage a global book of business with complexity in the mix of clients, brands, project mix, etc.
Act as the main POC internally through the project lifecycle to advocate for customer experience, quality, and excellence of all client-facing touchpoints and deliverables.
Pitch support and preparation, as needed/identified by Account Director.
Collaborate and work effectively with an internal team of leads (PMO, Strategy, Creative) to ensure high-quality, timely deliverables aligned to the project brief.
Communicate clearly and effectively with client stakeholders to achieve set goals and objectives of each engagement.
Maintain continuity across projects and clients, advocate for the well-being of the client relationship.
Meet with your manager regularly to report and discuss client activity, growth opportunities, and profitability by project, as well as development and execution of account plans.
Lead client meetings and proactively contribute to strategic conversations.
Lead internal delivery teams to successful delivery.
Focus on delivery quality, customer experience, CSAT, and revenue retention.
Build trust, credibility, and client referrals.
Develop multi-tiered client relationships (Mid, Senior, and Executive level).
Lead cross-functional teams with clarity and translate client needs to SMEs effectively.
Develop and own client intake brief and ensure alignment between the client and Indigo Slate team.
Work with Account Directors and discipline leads to proactively strategize retention efforts and growth of the account.
Foster teamwork and a constructive work environment with the ability to establish yourself as a respected team leader.
Develop Program Plans, Proposals, Estimates, Statements of Work, and Creative Briefs, providing input and insight to the appropriate team members.
Work with service delivery leads to develop new client proposals and services.
Ensure 100% retention of clients and revenue of accounts.
In partnership with Account Leadership, play an active role in growing recurring revenue and build/maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Maintain or improve account profitability and work with PMs to meet or exceed budget and margin goals.
Manage client relationships with exceptional care and focus on delivering an exceptional experience, leading to the achievement of the target CSAT score.

Required

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
7+ years previous agency or brand firm experience
Experience managing multiple accounts and brands at a given time
Experience working with international brands and vendors
Previous experience as main point of contact on highly integrated projects and accounts
Experience managing digital projects and a strong desire to continue learning
Experience with scoping projects, drafting briefs and managing budgets
Basic understanding of brand strategy and creative processes
Exceptionally strong communication skills, written and verbal
Proficient computer skills and interest in exploring new tools and technologies
Demonstrated relationship-building skills, both internally and with clients
Proven ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams and provide thoughtful leadership across multiple projects running concurrently
