Responsibilities
Sustainability Engineering: Leads overall sustainability for systems including scheduling, monitoring, and testing of platform resiliency.
Systems Design: Assesses appropriate design standards, methods, and tools to design complex systems, ensuring efficient use of resources and system integrations.
Systems Development: Executes and documents complex test scripts, reviews test results, and provides reports on progress and issues associated with the project.
Leverage monitoring and testing tools to build dashboards detailing KPI’s associated with platform resiliency.
Plan, execute, and report on resiliency real-time in an always-on approach to platform and application services.
Work with architecture, engineering, and product teams to establish solution patterns and ensure adherence to overall design for resiliency.
Work with cross-functional Product owners to remediate technical debt identified through testing plans.
Provide detailed reporting on resiliency to senior leadership.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or applicable work experience.
5+ years Cloud Engineering experience with focus on Azure and GCP
Experience creating and executing platform resiliency testing strategies
Experience leading a program/project working with multiple stakeholders to deliver on resiliency strategies
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with internal/external customers, vendors, management in both formal and informal situations.
Working knowledge of Ansible and Terraform
Able to prioritize and execute tasks, while demonstrating poise in a high-pressure environment.
Extremely self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
Preferred
GCP and Azure certification
Minimal travel required (training/conferences)
