Responsibilities

Own special projects & support development of strategy to drive medium & long-term growth of Services Direct business

Build dynamic models to inform decision-making. Provide the foundation for new and improved strategies, help build scrappy business cases for product roadmaps or operational tests

Own analyses and reporting (both one-off and weekly/monthly) that provide actionable insights into metrics, issues and opportunities

Complement quantitative insights with qualitative data, competitive analysis, customer interviews etc.

Lead specific growth projects, informed by analyses, from project design, to operational execution, tracking, and scale-up

Work with cross functional teams (Product, Ops, CX, Phone Sales, Marketing) to support experiment testing, implementation, and roll-out

Build concise presentations that summarize findings and lead to clear recommendations, share work cross-functionally

Required

1+ years of professional experience in a rigorous field, with a track record of success

Exceptional quantitative skills and aptitude. Deep knowledge of Excel and, ideally, SQL. Significant experience framing up analyses independently

Demonstrated experience gathering data from various sources and driving strategic insight

Demonstrated experience executing projects involving various stakeholders

An eye for the detail, excellent QA habits

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in PowerPoint

Preferred

Management consulting experience at a top firm, or a similarly analytical role at a fast-growth startup or technology/marketplace company preferred

A strong interest in Angi, home services, marketplaces and product-driven organizations
