Responsibilities
Utilize knowledge of STERIS products, service, and systems to interpret business requests for improving and maintaining business systems.
Interact with all levels of the Service Business to ensure successful delivery and implementation of new or existing Service Business Systems releases.
Identify system or business process enhancements, gather requirements, and develop functional documents.
Create, edit, and execute test cases for system changes.
Identify system enhancements and defects to improve user experience and meet service goals.
Assist in developing and issuing communications for point releases, upgrades, and process changes.
Build, maintain, and deliver content for global Systems Training.
Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure ongoing training needs are identified and met.
Provide ongoing support for the Service Business Systems and related systems to achieve department and service goals.
Identify root cause of system issues, provide corrective action, and create documentation to support processes.
Design processes to achieve functional and user requirements, and translate requirements into software design specifications.
Use no-code and low-code platforms to automate process workflows and generate process KPIs and visual management tools.

Required
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years experience with business system applications
Experience working for a Service based industry - Field Services, Field Operations, or similar highly preferred
Must have a working knowledge of general business operations
Database management skills
Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze requirements
Demonstrated functional knowledge of business intelligence tools is highly desirable
Field Service Management Platform, Siebel and Oracle applications experience required
Strong computer skills, including use of Microsoft applications, intranet, and reporting tools
Requires strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving skills, the ability to investigate, assess and recommend solutions
Knowledge of software development methodologies - Agile, SCRUM, SAFe, Waterfall
Ability to effectively collaborate with others in team-oriented environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
Knowledge and understanding of industry tools and techniques to elicit, prioritize, organize, document, model and analyze requirements
