Responsibilities

Design and Drive Demand Generation Programs: Collaborate with teams to create and execute dynamic demand campaigns. You'll present at events, develop thought leadership content, and work closely with demand gen and content teams to drive growth.
Develop Sales Programs and Key Collateral: Support sales efforts by crafting impactful messaging, sales pilots, and enablement tools. You’ll create resources like ROI tools and frameworks that help teams and customers showcase value and manage change.
Craft Strategic Pitches and Demos: Work with account teams to produce high-impact pitches and demos for major deals. As we expand upmarket, your materials will be crucial in winning strategic clients and increasing our visibility.
Create Executive-Level Messaging: Shape and centralize messaging for company leaders as we move upmarket. You’ll develop compelling executive-level content and assets that drive sales and growth.
Channel Enterprise Customer Insights: Gather and relay valuable feedback from enterprise customers to our product and marketing teams. Your insights will ensure we meet market needs and enhance our competitive edge.

Required

Develop clear messaging and produce high-quality customer-facing materials that effectively communicate Notion's value to enterprise buyers.
Work closely with sales, demand, and revenue operations teams to plan and execute strategies. You can hold the room with a sales audience.
Leverage competitive analyses to uncover differentiators and translate into outbound competitive tactics.
Confidently represent Notion in discussions with customers and analysts, and clearly communicate Notion's value and market position.
Have a thorough understanding of the SaaS industry, including key trends and best practices.
Project management and prioritization, and communicating roadmaps.
Familiar with key tools like Salesforce, analytics platforms, customer feedback tools.
