Responsibilities
Facilitate the development and definition of the product strategy and roadmap.
Collect, analyze, make recommendations, prioritize, and address product and customer needs aligning with organizational goals.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and market adoption.
Coordinate competitive analysis and market research to inform product decisions.
Drive product innovation and manage the lifecycle from inception to phase-out.
Oversee product-related deliverables, including PRDs, metrics, budgets, forecasts, pricing, and performance measures.
Facilitate, understand, influence, manage expectations, and build relationships with cross-functional teams and partner collaborations to achieve product objectives.
Other duties as assigned.

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a related industry.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
Preferred
Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Finance & Accounting Systems, preferably Workday.
Knowledge of the FinTech landscape, with a focus on payment and treasury systems.
Proficiency in basic data modeling, JSON, and XML.
Working knowledge of both relational and non-relational databases.
Experience with SQL and REST APIs.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to use data and metrics to support decisions and develop business cases.
Understanding of cloud computing, SaaS models, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and team-oriented setting.
