Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for North America.
Manage marketing budget.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and the Executive Team.
Meet/exceed KPIs, including sales results.
Stay updated on trends in graphic design, web design, etc.
Arrange and conduct seminars/webinars across North America.
Draft and maintain promotional materials.
Generate sales leads through effective marketing and website traffic development.
Experience creating and executing sales messaging.
Lead market research efforts.
Manage company social network pages and related content.
Create shareable content for specific networks.
Collect customer feedback and direct it to proper channels.
Identify and develop new exhibitions.
Work with Sales to ensure marketing materials are captured and controlled.
Monitor current campaigns, analyze data, and report to the leadership team.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field.
Strong grasp of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques.
At least 5 years experience in B2B marketing
Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including PPC and SEO, with a track record of driving targeted traffic and optimizing online visibility
Skilled in content creation across diverse platforms, adept at crafting engaging copy, visuals, and multimedia content to captivate audiences and drive brand awareness and engagement
