Responsibilities

Take ownership of and drive the collaboration program, strategy, and roadmap to ensure adherence to IT guidelines, standards, methodologies, and frameworks.

Partner with the user community to identify business requirements, analyze business processes, source data, produce functional specifications, data flows, and business rules.

Assist with the implementation of new processes and manage stakeholder expectations.

Collaborate with the team to assess cross-functional impacts of business decisions across solution platforms and provide input on IT processes and procedures.

Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues, working with vendors for product support, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing issues to resolution.

Drive periodic release cycles and work with business stakeholders to prioritize bugs and enhancements.

Manage projects and provide project management support for IT initiatives and projects.

Continuously grow knowledge and expertise in next-generation collaboration technologies to share best practices and drive innovation.

Required

Minimum of 4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with at least 2 or more years supporting and administering collaboration technologies such as Jira and Confluence, Slack, Dropbox and SharePoint Online.

Solid understanding of Agile methodology and leading environments with various sprint cycles.

Experience responding to production support requests and troubleshooting issues.

Extensive experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, and development methodology.

Strong business acumen with proven ability to understand and anticipate business needs and provide optimal solutions.

Demonstrated ability to control and manage priorities and schedule, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Also show good track record of delivering projects in scope, on-time, and within budget.

Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication, and facilitation skills.

Ability to work with vendor support to resolve issues and manage project initiatives.

Preferred

Agile or Scrum certification.

Experience integrating 3rd party apps with SaaS apps.
