Responsibilities
Manage Executives schedules and calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule meetings with vendors and the team.
Provide administrative support by maintaining group emails, scheduling monthly meetings, and managing team building activities.
Manage inventory, training for construction staff, and communication within the Construction Team.
Manage supplies, assist with marketing tasks, maintain policies & procedures manuals, and assist with project management tasks.

Required
Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Excellent communicator with strong supervisory and team skills
Great multitasker with outstanding organizational skills
Resourceful and a great problem-solver
Strong decision-making skills
Ability to develop, coordinate, & implement cross-functional processes and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Outstanding professional presence with the ability to build credibility and collaborate directly with office leadership
