Responsibilities
Spearhead marketing design work, encompassing video and images, from design strategy to execution of the entire process.
Design creative digital content that effectively communicates design concepts and brand messaging.
Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate intricate technical and business requirements into user-centric design solutions, ensuring alignment with visual effect expectations.
Demonstrate a keen sensitivity to data changes and user satisfaction with product features, continuously optimizing the user experience and enhancing product satisfaction and retention.
Develop brand and product promotion short videos, animation creativity, and oversee design and production editing as per business requirements.
Stay abreast of and analyze prevailing design trends, conducting research into target user needs, experience demands, and aesthetic inclinations.

Required
Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in design-related disciplines, with extensive expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and other user experience design materials. Proficiency in mainstream video editing software is essential.
Bring 3+ years of design and video production experience in TO C or outbound product direction, along with successful project experience in commercial products.
Demonstrate familiarity with user behavior and psychological characteristics, enabling a deep understanding of user needs.
Proficient in various interaction and visual design software, capable of producing high-quality visuals.
Exhibit product thinking and strong user empathy, with the ability to engage in user research, interaction design, and overall design processes.
Showcase creativity, initiative, and natural curiosity when approaching design tasks, coupled with the ability to effectively present designs and communicate solutions to diverse stakeholders.
Display an unwavering attention to detail, a pursuit of pixel-perfection, and a deep passion for TO C design and user insights.
Demonstrate a strong interest in cutting-edge technology, design exploration, and self-driven motivation.
