Responsibilities
Code new products, features and improvements and write unit tests for everything you code
Actively participate in discussions about engineering architecture
Help the team monitor, fix issues, and talk to stakeholders with a weekly on-call schedule
Directly assist product managers and designers to enhance the products and features with your input
Collaborate with teammates to overcome technical challenges and improve product and technical specifications
Participate in a rich, respectful code review workflow, providing and receiving technical feedback constantly
Define technical improvements and implement them during Tech Mondays
Polish products by removing smaller bugs on Bug Bash Days

Required
Passionate about crafting good, reliable, easy to read and maintain code
A highly collaborative software engineer, always up to and comfortable having good technical conversations and pros/cons debates
A keen and patient code reviewer
Passionate about delivering the best user experiences, always proposing better approaches and magic moments given your experience
For frontend, have 4+ years of experience working with TypeScript + React stacks (experience using MaterialUI is a plus)
For backend, have 4+ years of experience working with TypeScript + backend stacks (experience with NestJS is a plus)
Preferred
Experience using MaterialUI for frontend development
Experience with NestJS for backend development
