Responsibilities
Manage all internal aspects and tasks projects including review of data, analyzing information and determining compliance with standards and design concepts
Lead the creation of preliminary and completed layouts, design concepts, and detailed design drawings, ensuring they meet our company and industry standards and codes
Utilize, teach and delegate the use of applications to generate drawings, reports, or other technically based delivered per specific project requirements
Stamp/seal work performed, and work performed by those on your team
Initiate and conduct quality control processes, propose QC improvements, and mentor teammates on technical aspects and policies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent
4+ years of professional experience, including client-facing work
Advanced proficiency in relevant design software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, etc.)
Strong ability to manage scope, budget, and schedule for assigned tasks/projects
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills
Proven ability to balance technical and client demands independently
