Responsibilities

Hands-on experience in Qlik, dashboarding, data modeling, and reporting techniques

Create and contribute to the documentation of business processes, practices, and standards for planning, development, and implementation of solutions and architecture, including flowcharts and diagrams.

Strong database design and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, etc.

Leadership qualities and thoughtful implementation of Qlik Sense best practices to deliver effective Qlik Sense solutions to users.

Strong communication skills (Written/Verbal) and deliver technical insight.

Provide oversight and guidance to our Data Engineering development team

Work with the team in resolving any issues that arise with dashboards, tasks, user access.

Create reporting dashboard and analysis with Qlik ODAG and Dynamic Views.

Manage Qlik Cloud environment

Design the data architecture with Qlik following best practices in data transformation, QVD file creation.

Qlik Cloud, AutoML, and QDI Experience is a big plus.

Required

4-7 years of experience in Qlik or related Business Intelligence technologies such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI

Advanced experience with creating and optimizing Qlik load script and data models

Qlik Data Architect and Business Analyst certifications highly preferred

Problem solving and troubleshooting

Highly analytical with the ability to work independently

Knowledge of data modeling and database design is preferred

Deep understanding and experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation

Deep understanding of high-performant data concepts such as file stores, wide column databases, key-value pairs, etc

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Experience with/knowledge of Qlik APIs and mashups preferred

Experience engineering large and complex data analytics platforms

Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices

Evaluate and analyze business needs and requirements to design solution alternatives
