Responsibilities
Understand the market: track competitive and analogous category innovation trends, technology, ingredients, formulas and evaluate relevance, fit and feasibility for hello.
Deeply understand modern millennial families (mmfs) to develop people-centric solutions.
Develop and test concepts that mmfs will love and collaborate with cross-functional partners for market implementation.
Lead project management activities to bring winning concepts to market.
Set pricing strategy and develop financial assessments of new products.
Support core product optimization as required.

Required
Bachelor's Degree
6+ years of commercial or Marketing experience or 4 years of experience + MBA
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills
Ability to embrace change; willingness to be flexible
Highly collaborative and comfortable with working with cross-functional teams and various levels of management.
Preferred
2+ years of professional experience in packaged goods / CPG
