Responsibilities

Work with the Product Directors and Delivery Leadership in defining the product strategy and roadmap
Manage the product throughout its lifecycle from concept to end-of-life
Collect, manage and maintain traceability of requirements from all stakeholders across product releases
Write Product Requirements documents
Write User Stories
Work with internal stakeholders and third parties to assess and establish partnerships
Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market, relevant technology and the competition
Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
Perform product demos to customers and develop relationships with key business clients
Lead change management activities
Lead the virtual product team to ensure delivery of agreed objectives
Monitor, report and improve product performance
Run trials and MVPs, develop and deliver release plans
Develop and deliver training to technical support
Manage development projects to deliver to plan
Collate feedback from customers
Represent the voice of the customer in senior level management meetings
Evangelize the product internally

Bachelor’s degree in business or computer applications; MBA a plus
8+ years relevant experience of and successful project ownership completion as a Product Owner/Manager
Experience using Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience of using Jira and Confluence

Preferred

Prior management experience a plus
Professional Product Manager Certification a plus
