Responsibilities

Administer and support Office 365 services, including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive across multiple tenants.

Assist Integrations team with migrating acquired firms email and collaboration platforms to central tenant.

Administer and support Zoom phone and conferencing services, including Zoom Rooms.

Work with Security team to administer Mimecast spam filtering.

Configure email archiving to third party systems like Smarsh and Global Relay.

Automate day-to-day and migration tasks with PowerShell and/or other scripting tools.

Provide Tier 3 support to Service Desk for mail flow, delivery, and other email issues.

Interface with vendors and partners to evaluate and implement messaging and collaboration solutions.

Other duties as required to support Alera Group.
