Responsibilities

Prepare and manage day-to-day inputs for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management level reporting.

Create and maintain KPI’s and reporting packages for operational and financial metrics.

Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.

Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.

Analyze the business using data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.

Automate existing manual processes.

Develop and support reporting processes.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, statistics, or related field

0-3 years of experience in public accounting or professional services

Financial accounting and payment processing data knowledge is preferred

Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and framing decisions with data

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally at various levels within a company

Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive, with the desire to grow and learn

Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

Preferred

Experience with at least one business intelligence platform (Power BI, Tableau, Other) preferred

Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus
