Responsibilities

Develop initiatives to drive advocacy and loyalty among Scorpion's customers.

Lead the strategy and execution of customer advocacy programs.

Support the execution of the customer marketing framework.

Build relevant customer marketing campaigns.

Guide the development of materials such as videos, blog posts, social content, and case studies.

Lead Customer Marketing strategy and drive campaigns to increase customer reviews and referrals.

Measure the impact of customer programs on revenue and communicate outcomes.

Liaise between Corporate Marketing and senior leadership in the Account Management team.

Required

5-7+ years in B2B customer-centric marketing roles.

5+ Highly experienced in building and executing customer campaigns and programs for an organization.

Familiarity using and maximizing Martech solutions including Salesforce, Marketo, and in a B2B environment is preferred.

Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels within Scorpion including stakeholders in executive leadership, product management, product marketing, events, and Account Management.

Possess strategic thinking.

Must be able to handle multiple projects with several stakeholders simultaneously.

Ability to work collaboratively and drive actions with other functional areas of the company.

Possess a positive attitude, collaborative working style, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
