Responsibilities

Play a pivotal role in guiding CHC's strategic choices by delivering key insights from the innovation pipeline.

Oversee and analyze the CHC Innovation Pipeline, identifying trends, opportunities, and providing actionable insights to Global and Regional Innovation Committees.

Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Supply teams to deliver robust and consistent innovation forecasts, aligning them with organizational objectives.

Drive portfolio optimization, focusing on maximizing opportunities and scaling 'Bigger and Bolder' innovation projects.

Work closely with the Innovation Forecast lead to ensure all key innovations comply with organizational standards and that systems accurately reflect outputs.

Conduct monthly reviews of innovation launch success, deriving insights to inform future strategies.

Improve and manage cloud visualization tools to enhance organizational access to portfolio insights.

Partner with internal and external data science teams to refine data-driven decision-making processes.

Assist project managers and financial teams in gathering and interpreting data on past launches and performance metrics.

Develop innovation frameworks and processes in close partnership with Global Head of Innovation and Portfolio Manager.

Required

4+ years’ experience in portfolio management, Innovation projects from design to launch.

Demonstrated leadership, business ownership, influence & storytelling, collaboration & agile, technical & business fluency, data-driven culture, rigor.

Commitment to fostering a data-driven culture, emphasizing accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience in Project Management skills including how to plan, execute and oversee innovation projects efficiently.

Familiarity with internal innovation pipeline tools is a plus.

Experience in data analysis and interpretation, particularly in synthesizing complex information into actionable insights.

Proficiency in Office Suite and Power BI.

Bachelor’s degree in a business/marketing or quantitative discipline (e.g., market research, economics, statistics, data science, finance) is preferred.

Preferred

Master’s degree in business/marketing or a quantitative discipline with strong analytics applications is a plus.
