Responsibilities
Examine Land Acquisition Data, Operations, and Land Development
Perform market analysis gathering competitive information on pricing, specs, and cycle times
Communicate findings and recommend process improvements
Collaborate with employees from various departments such as Land Development, Purchasing, Operations, Accounting, and Finance
Train and mentor new Land Acquisition Analysts
Perform any other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s Degree with a major/concentration in business, economics, finance, or accounting
