Responsibilities
Assist in project setup and project document management
Assist in developing templates, reports, and packaging project submittals
Coordinate review meetings, site visits, meeting logistics, and team travel arrangements
Assist in tracking design review comments, bidder inquiries, RFIs, shop drawings, and submittal documents
Edit and publish project specifications
Engage with business development team to update resumes and marketing proposal documents

Required
Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
College diploma or equivalent in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
High attention to detail and accuracy
Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills
Experience in SpecsIntac software preferred
Good attitude and eager to work hard
