Responsibilities

Maintain, operate, and understand the engineering design and operational aspects of the building central utility plant.

Complete assigned tasks such as painting, pressure washing, plumbing, HVAC systems maintenance, and general maintenance.

Assist in supervising and implementing the preventative maintenance program.

Maintain the work order system daily and complete any tenant service requests.

Provide training and supervision to expand the capabilities of the Engineering team.

Support on-call or emergency response situations.

Troubleshoot all building systems, including electrical and DDC controls.

Comply with all safety procedures.

Participate in technical, safety, and operational process training programs.

Ensure shop and work areas are maintained in a neat and well-organized fashion.

Monitor supply purchases/inventory to ensure necessary supplies are ordered.

Handle other projects and tasks as assigned.
