Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders to understand current planning processes and gather requirements for the new solution.

Translate business needs into technical specifications for the planning solution.

Analyze and document end-to-end data flows impacting planning.

Configure the solution to meet specific requirements and conduct thorough testing.

Develop user guides, training materials, and provide ongoing support post-implementation.

Track project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to budget and timeline.

Stay informed on industry best practices related to retail planning and analytics.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Mathematics or related field

7-10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or a related role in Planning - Supply Chain, Demand, Financial

Experience with successful implementation of enterprise planning solutions (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle, o9, etc.) at a Retailer and/or Wholesaler. Experience with Anaplan is preferred

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of SQL a plus

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Experience with business process mapping and documentation

Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)

Strong understanding of retail planning concepts and best practices

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

Experience with Anaplan is preferred

Experience with data analysis tools and techniques is a plus
