Responsibilities

Provide assessments for process improvement opportunities related to customer service, productivity, cost, incremental sales, and process simplification.

Identify the most efficient methods to ensure the highest possible productivity.

Develop labor standards for documented methods and procedures. Share best practices between teams and ensure consistency across all sites.

Recommend and assess technology to improve efficiency and safety.

Help implement corporate projects and create and own tech roadmap.

Required

A BS degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Research or related discipline is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Maynard Operational Sequence Technique (MOST) Certified

Lean or Six Sigma training

5+ years of industrial engineering experience and successful demonstration of the responsibilities and skillset listed above.
