Responsibilities
Recruiting and making hiring decisions for open positions on the team
Attending to the professional growth of the engineers
Ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality
Ensuring the team's components are supported operationally
Maintaining a healthy engineering culture
Managing, supporting, and growing the engineering organization responsible for building the reporting portal
Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, prioritize projects, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
Mentoring and guiding software engineers, fostering their growth and development through coaching and real-time feedback
Providing technical guidance to software engineers and staying informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies
Working within an Agile framework with a focus on results over process

Required
4+ years of full stack programming expertise
4+ years of software Engineering Manager experience, and enjoys being a technical manager
4+ years of software engineering experience in a mature engineering orgs
Have demonstrated a track record of building high-quality products, cross-functional collaboration and managing high-performing teams
