Responsibilities

Perform detailed analysis of legal entities including identifying exposures, completing a loss analysis, assigning workers compensation classification codes, and determining appropriate workers compensation pricing.

Establish and maintain a disciplined approach to review and manage risk with the objective to approve profitable business.

Develop effective relationships with TriNet colleagues to collaborate throughout the workers' compensation review process.

Present workers compensation business for approval by the worker’s compensation insurance carrier that falls under submission guidelines to the Lead WC Pricing Analyst.

Provide consultative advice to management on WC Pricing guidelines, pricing standards, and procedures.

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience-Required

Typically 2+ years of experience underwriting workers compensation-Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong knowledge and understanding of workers compensation pricing/rating

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to build consensus between Sales and WC Pricing Team.

A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly-evolving business and work environment while prioritizing multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

experience utilizing Salesforce or similar platform-Preferred

experience with the Professional Employer Organization business model-Preferred
