Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing, deploying, and maintaining best practice methods
Establish clear internal processes, documents, reporting, and ceremonies to facilitate the adoption and overall utilization of best practices
Communicate current state and progress of program best practices and continuous process improvement efforts
Collaborate with leadership to stay ahead of operational trends and manage exceptions
Think systematically about putting in place processes that can scale and sustain a large cross-functional organization
Draw insights from qualitative and quantitative analysis, synthesize summaries and make recommendations
Create compelling presentations to effectively communicate complex issues to the executive team and to external stakeholders
Assesses training needs and conducts training with internal stakeholders

Required

Bachelor’s degree is required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience that is required for the job
7+ years of experience in a professional work environment
5+ years of experience with implementations, client support, or customer-interfacing roles
Demonstrated experience with process auditing and process improvement
Strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills, and attention to detail
Strategic thinker and ability to understand various client’s businesses, technology, and financials
Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual presentations and effectively facilitate meetings
Keep informed of new enhancements to the system
Familiarity with project management software, tools and techniques

Preferred

Accounting knowledge is strongly preferred
Knowledge of payment processing industry preferred
