Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth market research to inform product strategies, positioning, and go-to-market plans
Serve as the voice of the customer with internal teams
Craft compelling product positioning and messaging
Lead cross-functional go-to-market strategies for key product releases
Collaborate with various teams to ensure effective execution of launch, adoption, and engagement plans
Track product performance, gather feedback, and identify improvement opportunities
Create sales and marketing collateral, and develop training materials for sales teams
Lead and develop a product marketing team, establishing a culture for attracting top-quality marketers
Establish a culture conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse group of product marketers

Required
A desire to work for a mission-driven company that helps improve lives of our patients on a day-to-day basis
12+ years of relevant product marketing experience, with prior direct responsibility for leading product marketing teams while collaborating with brand and creative teams in a fast-paced environment
Proven success developing and launching insights-driven, global go-to-market and product adoption campaigns
Strong background in making complex products easy to understand by diverse B2B and B2C (B2B2C) audiences
Highly data-driven, with strong ability to use insights to frame recommendations
Strategic thinker who also drives forward tactical execution
Exemplary project management skills, with strong ability to juggle multiple priorities and excel in a lean and demanding work environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt and work effectively with a team
Attention to detail and strong follow-through
Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing teams
Preferred
Outstanding interpersonal, coaching, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
