Responsibilities

Estimate, understand, and execute on user stories presented by the product team to bring new and/or improved features to users

Collaborate on the design and implementation of systems solving critical problems for customers and the business

Refactor and refine existing systems for scalability, maintainability, and reliability

Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced teammates

Improve internal tools to enhance efficiency of other teams in the company

Present technical concepts, challenges, and solutions to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely

Meet with external clients and partners to discuss technical integration details (occasionally)

Required

6-8 years of professional experience writing web applications

B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Experience with Serverless AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway. Experience with AWS CDK would be a plus

Experienced with building and managing Salesforce infrastructure including using Apex and LWC framework

Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and GitHub

Experience writing enterprise software

Experience in a startup environment

Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to describe technical details to non-technical audience

Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones

Detail-oriented with the ability to track every detail in a fast-paced environment while simultaneously monitoring the progress of the bigger picture. With a proven track record of delivering projects on time

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally. Ability to close the loop on important topics, ensuring anyone who needs to know knows
