Responsibilities

Deliver Centric 8 Agile deployment projects on-time and within budget

Provide project management and lead implementation teams in designing and delivering Centric 8 Solutions

Ensure utilization target is met and provide guidance based on experience and best practices

Assist clients in implementing plans and resolving discrepancies

Prepare and present project status reports, develop detailed implementation plans, and maintain quality standards

Collaborate with CERT PMO/PMs, other Customer Success teams, and peers from Pre-Sales, service teams, and partners

Required

Project- and change management – Prince 2 foundation or equal

Bachelor in Fashion Textile / Business Management

Execution of Centric implementation methodologies

Good understanding of the PLM software industry and best practices

Strong IT knowledge with a focus on MS Office, Confluence & Jira, Concur

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams

Business process mapping (BPM) skills or other methodologies

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Budget- and time management

Workshop planning and moderation

Conflict and escalation management

Results-oriented with a passion for (customer) success

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
