Responsibilities

Build capacity planning solutions to optimize service levels and reduce costs.
Manage a global capacity plan for tens of thousands of employees across multiple geographies.
Improve performance by identifying, measuring, and managing key metrics in a contact center environment.
Understand end-to-end business operations and act as a functional partner to drive actions for customers, employees, and cost.
Collaborate with technology teams on new initiatives and tools, advocating for adoption.
Mitigate capacity risks by managing dependencies and exceptions across units and sites.
Lead global process standardization initiatives.
Use analytical tools to interpret data and derive insights for driving actions.
Balance cost, employee experience, and customer experience to make informed decisions.
Identify constraints and challenges, working with partner teams to address them.

Required

3+ years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred

3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3+ years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
Master's degree
Advanced hands-on knowledge of SQL
