Legal research and writing in the areas of legal and regulatory developments affecting the communications industry.
Handling satellite and earth station matters.
Dealing with U.S. and foreign spectrum regulation.
Addressing data protection and privacy issues.
Managing terrestrial wireless licensing.
Providing international regulatory advice to private commercial entities and foreign governments.

Required
U.S. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and a strong academic record.
Admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and be in good standing (or able to waive into the DC Bar).
Two or more years of relevant experience of complex legal issues related to the communications industry including legal research and analysis, regulatory advice and contract negotiation and drafting.
Preferred
Program management experience is a plus.
Meaningful experience in a law firm or government position.
