Responsibilities
Design standard/customized products, accessories, and solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for all products and accessories.
Provide technical support to various teams.
Develop and maintain a data management system.
Use the ERP system for technical data entry.
Develop and maintain engineering tools.
Research third-party products for solutions.
Interface with internal teams for product development.
Manage multiple projects and timelines.
Assist in costing/pricing data.
Follow procedures in accordance with ISO 9001.

Required
B.S. in Engineering (mechanical preferred), or equivalent. Significant directly related experience considered in lieu of degree.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Positive attitude and team player.
Experience working in related fields, preferably with an equipment manufacturer.
Technical knowledge of pumps, pumping systems, rotating equipment, mechanical design, and basic control systems.
Broad understanding of National and International specifications/standards/codes (ASTM, ANSI, AISI, ASME, ISO, DIN, NEMA, NEC, IEC, etc.) and fabrication standards/design concepts/procedures.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Interpersonal skills with the ability to work individually, as part of a team, and with customers.
Proficiency in the complete MS Office Suite, including MS Project, Adobe Acrobat, AutoCAD, Solid Works/Inventor/Siemens NX; other computer programs such as design & graphics software a plus.
