Responsibilities

Write, rewrite, and/or edit VA and GovCIO reports and presentations associated with the supported product line. Reports are due on specific cadence.

Translate complex data and documentation into plain language for use in reporting

Create and follow structure to remind and follow up with team members who are providing input to reports and statuses.

Develop, gather, and disseminate technical information and documentation among both business and technical customers in support of the Product Line

Coordinate and facilitate meetings and take meeting minutes, document, and conduct follow-up on action items as directed.

Ability to support product data needs, using clear concise communication, being the single point of contact with the mindset of completing these tasks prior to the assigned deadlines to ensure compliance.

Maintains data in tools such as Teams and SharePoint, or other tools to serve as a ready catalog for easy retrieval.

Serve as backup for the Communications Manager as needed.
