Responsibilities

Provides technical leadership for key tasks including planning, delegating (where applicable) and task tracking with regards to securing and vaulting credentials.

Assists Security staff, programmers and technical staff with implementing design solutions that meet Voya’s security controls.

Participates in the development, maintenance, and testing of operating systems and applications security configurations.

Reviews existing data systems security issues and procedures and makes recommendations to resolve gaps as necessary.

Uses Security monitoring tools to review, investigate, and recommend appropriate corrective actions for data security incidents.

Responds to problems for all levels of associates; participates in 24 X 7 production system security issue and event handling. Develops and maintains management reporting tools.

Communicates with customers and management to ensure customers’ security requirements are met and in compliance with company standards.

Develops processes to ensure Security is in compliance with policies and standards.

Other duties as assigned.
