Responsibilities
Plan and develop project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
Define project requirements, identifying necessary resources, and establishing project timelines.
Lead and manage project teams, providing guidance, direction, and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement effective project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure efficient project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks.
Prepare and present project updates, reports, and recommendations to senior management.
Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Ensure the implementation of quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to wastewater treatment.

Required
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering, or a related field.
Ten (10) years of experience designing and/or managing wastewater or conveyance projects
Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically managing wastewater projects.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Solid knowledge of wastewater treatment systems, equipment, and regulations.
Licensed Professional Engineer in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, Wisconsin or other Midwest state.
Preferred
Residence in Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska or Wisconsin markets. Qualified candidates from other states may be considered, depending on skills and experience.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor team members.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
