Responsibilities
Leverage knowledge of tools and technologies to design engaging learning experiences
Assess organization's training assets and provide recommendations for enhancements
Collaborate with clients and SMEs to define requirements and develop learning solutions
Partner with team members to share best practices and identify learning design opportunities
Expand the company's Learning function and internal capabilities
Take responsibility for projects from start to finish with minimal supervision

Required
A bachelor’s degree in Instructional Systems Technology, Instructional & Performance Technology, or Education and 4-6 years of relevant work experience; OR a Master's degree in similar field and 2-4 years of relevant work experience
Demonstrated experience in the full spectrum of ADDIE for e-learning and blended learning initiatives
Minimum of two (2) years' experience providing learning solutions consulting services to clients
Demonstrated experience managing learning development and delivery projects
Desire to grow the instructional design talents of more junior team members through mentoring and coaching
Understanding of Section 508 and SCORM conformance requirements
Knowledge of federal government training practices
Demonstrated skill in: Oral and written communications, Developing positive, professional relationships with team members and key client stakeholders, Balancing multiple priorities and tasks; ability to adapt and pivot to respond to evolving requirements and requests, Analysis and critical thinking, Resourcefulness; creative and innovative problem-solving, Detail orientation, Using Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to obtain a security clearance

Related professional certification
Experience with learning content development tools, such as Articulate Storyline 360, Lectora, Captivate, Camtasi
