Responsibilities

Independently partner with a cross-functional team in a fast-paced Agile environment, participating in every stage of the design and build process – from research, journey mapping, user flows, and exploratory design sprints to wireframing, prototyping, delivery of high-fidelity designs, and iteration with product and engineering through the development process.

Demonstrate mastery of visual design principles, creating engaging and visually appealing interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Conduct usability testing and research to identify pain points and areas for improvement, iterating on designs to optimize the user experience.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, identifying user needs and business requirements.

Use a data-driven approach to problem-solving, leveraging user research, analytics, and feedback to inform design decisions.
