Responsibilities

Manage existing and new accounts, assisting customers with product sales and rentals via various channels.
Provide timely and professional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and technical support.
Assist clients in identifying project requirements by reviewing contract site plans and specifications.
Communicate technical product details to customers based on project application.
Coordinate with the sales team to determine equipment availability, pricing, and terms.
Prepare and process rental and sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and pickup.
Conduct daily coordination in software systems.
Assist in marketing efforts by promoting available products.
Stay updated on industry trends, equipment specifications, and pricing to advise clients effectively.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or rental coordination within the construction and/or transportation industry is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and vendors
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Technical aptitude and/or ability to review contract site plans, technical specifications and product drawings
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and contract preparation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Preferred

Experience with SAP B1 or other ERP
Knowledge of safety/construction/transportation equipment and terminology
