Responsibilities
Supervises and manages staff responsible for a suite of applications, and their implementation and daily support.
Oversees a team responsible for implementing and supporting a suite of applications that may include clinical, financial, revenue cycle, or human capital management software solutions.
Builds, maintains and optimizes relationships with business leaders to foster value for the alignment of strategy while empowering them to attain their clinical and business goals.
Engaged member of the IT Applications leadership team to build and prioritize roadmaps for enterprise solutions, upgrades, budget forecasts, and accountability.
Coordinates and partners with application vendors, outside consultants, and internal resources as needed.

Required
BS/BA Degree in Clinical, business, technology, management
5+ years of related experience, certifications, and registrations
3+ years of Supervisory experience required leading teams in a complex and growing health system or comparable business
Preferred
Expert abilities in conveying complex concepts into terms easily understood by the audience.
Critical thinking that seeks to understand the customer’s needs and possible available solutions.
Ability to develop, manage, mentor, and lead efficient and motivated teams across multiple platforms and in varying environments
Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, lead staff of all levels, and exhibit strong written and verbal communication is essential.
Communicates tactfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, and maintains effective work relations with those encountered in the course of employment.
Commitment to system integrity, stability, customers, and ability to comfortably operate in rapidly growing and changing environments.
Experience in project management.
Capable of making decisions, monitoring progress, and reporting results
Excellent organizational skills and communications abilities
