Responsibilities

Query and acquire necessary data for business analysis to identify trends in large datasets.

Drive data-driven decision-making by interpreting data and providing business insights.

Develop data mining processes and statistical models to support data analytics.

Research data science principles and techniques to inform business decisions.

Implement models like Price Elasticity and Demand Forecasts.

Utilize machine learning and statistical techniques to identify business improvement opportunities.

Develop test scripts and test models and analytics.

Stay updated on technology advancements in ML & AI.

Required

5+ years of prior data science experience

3-5 years' experience with quantitative analysis, experimentation, regression, data mining

3-5 years' experience working with large and complex data sets to solve a wide array of challenging problems using analytical and statistical approaches

Prior experience with Python or R a must

Proficiency with git, DBT, airflow, Snowflake a huge plus

Self-starter and positive performer who can flex when priorities change, collaborate with cross functional partners, contribute to the team's overall success

Strategic thinking, excellent writing, and professional editing skills

Bachelor's degree in data science / computer science or another engineering related field
