Responsibilities
Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for integration and consolidation to streamline processes and reduce complexity.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies that can be leveraged to enhance the organization's technology stack and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technology solutions that align with business objectives.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of integrated applications and systems.
Mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into easily understandable terms.
Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of the organization's technology solutions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
10+ years of experience in software development, application integration, or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing technical teams.
Expertise in modern programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C#.
In-depth knowledge of application integration techniques, such as APIs, microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud or private clouds.
Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
