Responsibilities

Actively manage marketing spend for consumer awareness tactics and ecommerce product revenue.

Measure key performance metrics like ROI, conversion rates, CAC, and CLV.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations for campaign effectiveness.

Collect, clean, and organize marketing data from various sources.

Estimate projected conversion rates and assess ROI.

Conduct analysis on business unit and product health, identifying trends and discrepancies.

Collaborate with leadership to establish monthly digital marketing strategy and budget allocation.

Develop detailed monthly marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.

Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends and customer behavior.

Synthesize research findings to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree required (preference for fields related to business, economics, or mathematics).

4-7 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or relevant business roles involving data-driven problem-solving.

Working knowledge of Excel, with some previous exposure to SQL or other database management systems.

Experience working with media engines such as Adwords and Meta, web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and data visualization tools including Tableau and PowerBI.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Detail-oriented with a strong passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Proficient in problem-solving, with the ability to balance creativity and analytical skills effectively.
