Responsibilities

Research markets and competitors.

Manage the end-to-end proposal/interview process.

Coordinate and organize large amounts of technical information, including photography, external subconsultant data, and marketing materials including brochures, posters, project award entries, etc.

Maintain library of images, project descriptions, and case studies.

Develop presentations and marketing materials.

Improve team utilization of our CRM and track touch points.

Coordinate conference, community, and client events and attendance.

Mentor and oversee a small team responsible for marketing deliverables.

Be a brand ambassador and uphold the Garver brand.

Collaborate with Garver’s internal Communication Teams on strategic pursuits and social media campaigns.

Develop client presentations.
