Responsibilities

Determine operational objectives for improvements by studying business functions surrounding planning, manufacturing, and procurement cycles.

Suggest changes to organizational leaders and stakeholders to support solution-improvement recommendations.

Design and champion the development of custom software integrations and solutions.

Create rich, user-centric solutions and assist with developing UX/UI requirements.

Troubleshoot process and application issues and propose solutions.

Assist in the definition of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.

Create informative, actionable, and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on ERP planning modules (e.g., SAP PP, Oracle ASCP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management). Microsoft Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM preferred

Strong understanding of planning processes and principles, including demand forecasting, production scheduling, and inventory optimization

Experience organizing workload to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment; willing to set strategy and be hands-on

Experience working and thriving in a team-oriented, collaborative environment while effecting change without being confrontational

Detailed oriented, analytical and inquisitive

Understanding of software development concepts

Experience with conducting and creating cost/benefit analyses and business cases
