Field Research: Conduct field research through direct merchant interviews to refine user experiences.

Customer Feedback Integration: Collaborate with teams to integrate customer feedback into product enhancements.

Beta Testing: Lead beta testing efforts, analyzing KPIs to align with strategic goals.

8+ years of UX research experience, preferably in restaurants & point of sale.

Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.

Ability to synthesize and present findings to influence product and design strategies.

Experience in developing user personas, journey maps, and scenarios.

Proven track record of collaborative work with cross-functional teams.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Passion for mentoring and advancing UX research practices.
