Responsibilities
Engage with business teams and functional experts to understand and capture the current state process flow and business requirements.
Take a hands-on role in the creation and maintenance of critical project artifacts, including business requirements, system specifications, process flows, and test/use case scripts.
Collaborate with the project team to identify future state process flows and requirements that meet project objectives and strategic goals.
Extract, arrange, and examine data sets to detect anomalies, discern patterns, and evaluate their impact on project objectives.
Present analysis findings to senior executives from the business and steering committees.
Maintain clear communication within the project team and with external parties involved.

Required
0-2+ years of experience in a business analysis or a related technical role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
PMP certification is a plus.
Proficiency with Jira for project tracking, SQL for database management, Power BI for data visualization, and Python for scripting and automation.
Strong proficiency in managing and examining complex data sets.
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working under tight deadlines.
Outstanding communication and ability to effectively work with others involved.
A forward-thinking approach that values continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends.
