Responsibilities

Ability to manage & distill large datasets to drive insights related to desired business outcomes and KPIs (e.g. market analysis to prioritize prospecting outreach)

Best practice experience building sophisticated data visualizations to influence senior sales leaders (e.g. territory coverage & optimization)

Strong communication skills enabling collaborative solutioning with business and technical roles to ensure adoption & value realization

Experience leading small to medium efforts with minimal guidance from initial requirements gathering, through development, validation, and finally to delivery / implementation

Significant experience with mapping tools to drive optimization of sales territory assignments and sales effort prioritization

Required

8+ years of experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Tableau CRM or Power BI), preferably in the Financial Services industry

Significant experience with mapping tools (e.g. Maptitude, Xactly, Anaplan, Badger Maps, etc.)

4-year degree or equivalent experience

Strong ability to tell actionable stories to a diverse audience based on complex, metrics-driven insights

Preferred

Experience with Alteryx or Snowflake

Working knowledge of the Salesforce CRM tool, particularly Financial Services

Distribution strategy experience

Experience presenting to Sales and Executive Management

Experience with mapping tools
